2. online bookings are processed 1-2 working days after receipt. If free places are available, the course will be confirmed and is therefore binding.
3. cancellations must be notified in writing at least 1 week before the course starts. Later cancellations will be charged with 30% of the course costs. Cancellations later than 24 hours before the start of the course will be charged with the full course fee.
For group bookings conditions might differ.
4. in case of bad weather or wind the training will be continued on land. If no lessons are possible, the course participant will receive a voucher, according to the missing hours. There is no cash refund.
