I discovered snowkiting about 10 years ago when I was a ski and snowboard instructor in St. Moritz, thanks to my dear then and now co-workers. This extremely emotional afternoon awakened the love for kiting in me.
One year later I decided to spend some time in Oman to learn kiting in the water and also to complete my kite instructor training. After that, of course, I returned to Lake Silvaplana where I finished my training and worked the following year. After that, I was so addicted that I quit winter sports for a while and traveled the world as a kite instructor. I have always continued my education in watersports and will continue to do so, so this year I have decided to return to the birth place of my kite career, Lake Silvaplana.
